EVWC will work with your group or team to organize a volunteer day in Estes Park. We can plan an experience that will showcase the importance of our watershed for Northern Colorado in addition to providing a day to be outside in beautiful Estes Park.
Community Volunteer Days
Join us for a day removing weeds and litter or help us plant native plants important to maintaining our watershed health. We have a variety of community volunteer days where you can help us support and improve our Estes Valley waterways and forests. Please RSVP and make sure all children under the age of 16 are accompanied by an adult.
Volunteer during the elk calving and rut seasons at Lake Estes & the Golf Course
The elk calving and rut seasons can be exciting times at Lake Estes and along the golf course. Volunteers monitor crowds, educate visitors about elk behavior and safe viewing practices and provide valuable outreach to the community. After a short training, volunteers can go on their own schedule.
