Scott Rashid, Director, CARRI
Scott Rashid, the Director of the Colorado Avian Research and Rehabilitation Institute here in Estes Park, has been interested in birds his whole life. He started drawing birds in his youth and today studies birds, collecting data via observation and banding. Join us as he discusses the behaviors of the 11 species of owls here in Northern Colorado. Learn about their courtship, nesting, and feeding of their young. He is still drawing them and will bring his notecards and books he has authored, all for sale.
